Following the release of the Alpha Female Report 2021 Citywire asked four high-profile female fund managers, including Aubrey’s Sharon Bentley-Hamlyn, if they experienced sexism in their careers.
Sharon said ‘We shouldn’t need organisations, such as 100 Women in Finance, but sadly, we seem to.’
She also discusses how women who talk in a high register might not be taken seriously and prejudice that female fund managers are less likely to take on risk.
